Fashion Stylist Basia Richard has made a name for herself in the styling world from her chic, timeless, conceptual and age-appropriate style. Since moving to the United States from Poland, Richard has translated her European history and background in the arts to a highly sought after style in the fashion and entertainment industries.
Most known for her work as Selena Gomez’s stylist, Richard has had the opportunity to help create not only the budding fashion icon’s daily style, but has also the looks for her editorial spreads, music videos, concert tours, red carpets and album covers. Their collaboration has drawn huge respect and attention for the classic beauty, forward-thinking fashion and appropriateness of the cuts, being lauded as “Best Dressed” for major red carpets by the likes of InStyle, People, JustJared and UsWeekly.
In addition to her work with Selena, Basia works with other celebrities such as Victoria Justice, Chelsea Kane, the Cheetah Girls and Sarah Hyland. In addition to styling celebrities, Richard has worked on advertising campaigns for BMW, Lexus and State Farm Insurance, as well as such high profile magazines as Rolling Stone, 944, O Magazine, Flaunt and Genlux.
Richard currently lives in Los Angeles and works internationally.
