BIO

Internationally renowned hairstylist, Thomas McKiver has been involved in the world of fashion and beauty for more than a decade. Under the tutelage of Daniel Galvin in London, Thomas underwent intense training sessions, which helped him garner the knowledge and skills he needed to succeed. Upon moving to New York from his native Scotland, Thomas immediately embarked on pursuing fashion editorials, which would eventually bring him celebrity recognition. His first job was consulting at Bumble and Bumble, one of the most influential hair companies in the industry. Ultimately, this led to working with many of the Hollywood elite including Shakira, Liv Tyler, Penelope Cruz, Mira Sorvino, Marisa Tomei, Christina Ricci, Keri Russell, Brittany Murphy and Joaquin Phoenix. Currently living in upstate New York in a little town called Nyack, Thomas continues to maintain strong ties with his homeland. He visits his Scottish relatives annually and also manages to balance his schedule between spending time with his son and cheering on his daughter during soccer practice.
