-LOVING Kitten-liner for holiday season. It's a "safer" cat-eye with a minimally pronounced wing. Apply gel or liquid liner along the lash line from the inner corners of the eyes and wing it out towards the outer edge. This look adds definition to the eyes and creates a striking statement.
