BeautyRiot.com asked NYC based make-up artist Quinn Murphy what kind of trick he uses on set to fake an 8 hour sleep, so long red eye!

Make-up artist Quinn Murphy worked with Glee's star Heather Morris last night for Upfronts in NYC. Want to know how to create her look? Check out Quinn's step by step lesson to create it yourself. "For Heathers look we went for "sexy cat" eyeliner. Heather came up with the idea for graphic eyeliner in a bold color. I thought black violet would look great with her neutral beige/camel dress. To finish off the look I went with a fun and playful tangerine lip stain, it is an alternative to a nude lip yet it doesn't compete with the statement of the eyes. To get the look I used the sheerest amount  Cle de Peau concealer in beige and Armani LSF in 6.5. I used a taupe eyeshadow on the eyes to keep them soft. Next I applied Purple liquid liner from Make Up For Ever along the lash line and then flicked it out to give it the cat eye.  For a more modern look draw the liner straight out from the corner of the eye (rather than the retro "winged" look). To finish the eye, I applied Armani maestro mascara Finally I applied Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar in GRANDMA. It is perfect for red carpet situations as it lasts for hours and the color payoff is amazing".
