Tatyana Molot

Tatyana Molot was born in Saint Petersburg, Russia, where she developed her artistic eye from a young age with studies of painting and art history. As a young woman, Tatyana moved to New York City with her family and enrolled in beauty school to train as a manicurist. She worked at a New York City spa, where she learned firsthand how to make her clients feel beautiful with each and every treatment, a skill that she prides herself on even today. During the same period, Tatyana took classes at the renowned Fashion Institute of Technology that broadened her creative abilities even further. She found a natural match for her talents when she began working as a manicurist on fashion industry shoots. Her first big break came with a Prada campaign, shot by Steven Meisel. Since then, Tatyana’s skills as a manicurist and eye for style have made her an international name in nails. Tatyana loves the creative process involved in each new project and takes pleasure in creating beautiful images in print and on film. She enjoys visiting museums, watching old movies and strolling the streets of New York in her free time. Ever the artist, Tatyana says she still finds her greatest inspiration in art, architecture and nature.
